What does an errand service do?
 

We will do errands plus whatever else we can do for you to save you time

Do you sell gift certificates?

 

 

 

  • Yes, we do sell gift certificates!
  • Gift certificates are perfect gifts for busy people such as new mothers, brides to be, busy business people, etc.

 

 

How do you charge at Errands By Design?

 

 

Errands by Design charges a reasonable hourly rate in 15 minute increments. For example, if you have used 1 hour and 10 minutes of service, you will be billed for 1 hour and 15 minutes of service. If you have used 1 hour and 18 minutes of service, you will be billed for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

 

We include 30 miles per day in the price of our service and charge 45 cents per mile after that.

       

    • Can you provide references?

        • Yes! we are happy to proved references upon request.

    • Do you offer house cleaning services?

        • No we don't, but we can refer you to someone else.

    • What forms of payment do you accept?

        • We accept cash and checks only.

 

Policies:

 

  • A minimum (1) one day notice is requested, same day service (if available) has an extra charge attached.

 

  • No shows will be charged for two hours of service, if no call to cancel is made within 24 hours of appointment

 

We want you to be happy with the service you receive. If you are unhappy for any reason, we want to know about it. We will do our Best to make things right!
