I have utilized Errands By Design several times and have found Shelley to be: trustworthy, honest, and reliable.

She was very attentive to the instructions I gave for watching my dogs and my home while on vacation. Shelley took notes and asked questions and was sure to follow up with us each night after a visit. My pets have come to adore Shelley and are happy and content when she visits. Shelley's prices are affordable and her customer sevice is excellent.

I would recommend Errands By Design for any need you may have. I have utilized Shelley's services in my office as well and found her to be an excellent resource.

Thank you so much for caring for our pets while we were away. It's scary enough to leave them as it is, but to trust another person with your animals is huge. Your professionalism was amazing and is keeping us loyal to Errands.

Because our animals aren't the easiest to care for, we were so relieved when Shelley let us know everything was good and the animals were doing great whenever we checked in. The assistants she had were also incredible. The price was affordable especially considering that we were gone for most of the summer, out of the country.

We just can't thank Errands By Design enough for the security we felt while we were most decidedly very far from home.
